Prices, delivery, and methods of payment.

Prices

All prices are given in Australian Dollars (AUD). If you wish to know what they are in your currency, you can find current conversion rates between most currencies at xe.com

The price for each item is the price in Australian Dollars when the item is picked up from us. When we pack and dispatch items to the buyer, there will be extra charges. At the time of your order, we will tell you the total of these costs.

Our prices do not include customs charges etc (if any), costs for transfer of funds, or costs of getting approvals or permits associated with sending items to countries overseas from Australia. The cost of such things is the responsibility of the buyer.

Delivery

We will normally pack and dispatch items less than 15 Kilograms in weight, which can also be put into a box 405 X 300 X 255 millimetres. Such delivery within Australia is usually by Regular Parcel Post, and for overseas delivery by Express Post International.

It may not be possible for us to send some items to a few countries, for example because of import restrictions or the difficulty of getting approvals from Consulates. You can find information about possible restrictions for your country at Australia Post International Post Guide

The information about an item may include the words "Pick Up Only". These are usually heavy items where the buyer must normally pick it up from our place, or make all arrangements at their cost to have it collected and sent to its destination. Except by special arrangement, our role is limited to allowing collection by someone authorised by the buyer.

When we pack and dispatch items, they are normally dispatched within 3 working days of payment being cleared into our bank account.

Payment

Payment can be made by direct transfer to our bank account, through PayPal, through Western Union, or by cash $AUD for goods collected from our property. We can give you the details for these methods.

For purchases within Australia, payment by direct transfer in $AUD to our bank account is the most convenient method. Cheques may be accepted subject to verification or bank clearance before dispatch of items.

For purchases from outside Australia, PayPal is usually the most convenient method of payment for both us and the buyer. We do not accept credit cards.
